Hebei, China - Pyro North Corp. China is the largest stone plant and gang saw plant in the northern China.
It is located in Zuowei Industry Part, 200 KM west of Beijing. It is invested by US company Pyro Corp. USA in 2002 and the total investment is around 5 million US dollars. The production includes granite, marble blocks, and tiles, Rome piles and cylinders, fireplace, and counter tops, betonite, and other non-metal minerals. The monthly production ability can reach 25K cubic meters. The largest specification is 2M wide and 3.5M long.
We have five dimension mines in production. The three mines are black granite, green granite, cream yellow dolomite, green quartz mines. The mining equipments includes two Komatsu 400 series excavators, two Komatsu 300 series excavators, three 50 series back-hoes, power generators, compressors and drillers. The total annual production is around thirty thousand cubic meters.
The major plant facilities includes one four-barsanti multiple blade gang saw made in Italy, one complete set of Barsanti polishing line made in Italy, several diamond disc blade saws (1800mm~2200mm), computer controlled bridge saw, glue treatment lines, and cutting and carving equipments.
The total area of the plant is 6.7 acres. The plant is 9 meters high, 42 meters wide and 120 meters long. A hoist is available to handle 35 tones of block.
The company president, Dr. Robert Wang, obtained his Ph.D. degree in mining engineering in West Virginia University, specializing in mining, mineral processing and civil engineering. He is also a professor in Hebei University, China, and Zhongzheng Tech. University. Dr. Robert Wang has won several outstanding awards for his business achievements.
